Living the Mitzvot is a guided learning journey that brings Judaism’s timeless commandments into your everyday life. Through weekly study, reflection, and practice, you’ll discover how mitzvot can deepen your relationship with God, enrich your community, and inspire a life of purpose and connection.

Each week, we will share a different mitzvah for you to take part in, including the following content:

  • 💫Why This Mitzvah Matters: An explanation of the mitzvah, along with an excerpt from the Torah, Talmud, and other Jewish texts.
  • ✅Practice Challenge: Some ways that you can incorporate the mitzvah into your life and greater community.
  • 🖋️Reflection Prompt: Questions to help spark introspection and deeper thinking about your experience with the mitzvah.
  • 📚Go Deeper: Further your learning with accessible texts, videos, podcasts, and more!

Living the Mitzvot is more than a course—it’s a spiritual practice and a community experience. Whether you are new to Jewish study or seeking to deepen your practice, Living the Mitzvot offers a supportive, welcoming environment to explore Judaism as a way of life.
