Students will begin this series by learning what exactly the Mishnah is, what it does, its history, as well as the key vocabulary used in talking about the Mishnah. From there, students will focus on each of the orders of the Mishnah by outline the meaning of the order's name, exploring its general contents and notable sections, learning practical ways that these laws affect day-to-day life then (when Mishnah was written) and now, and going over a sample Mishnah together.
